A perfect example of modern and comfortable housing is the project for the ONE TRINITY PLACE residential complex in St. Petersburg. Its location combines all comfortable living standards. Spectrum designed this luxury object by creating an information model that combines the work of British architects, complex constructive solutions - the object is located on the banks of the Malaya Nevka River -, and the cutting-edge Smart Home engineering systems. For this project, Spectrum acted as the general designer and was also in charge of the follow-through for the working documentation.

Another great example is NOW. THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ON THE RIVERSIDE, located in the Nagatinskaya floodplain in the south of Moscow. Its main feature is that this is a completely new district with an elaborated general layout, accompanying infrastructure, landscape design, a well-furnished riverside, car-free courtyard, and a unique design for each building. Spectrum was the general designer for this project. Engineering and design were carried out using BIM technologies. In this case, we managed to develop an efficient financial model that provided for material consumption and budget optimization.

Speaking of stable demand and limited areas for development in central city districts, the ST NICHOLAS APARTMENTS project, located in Moscow, is worthy of mention. A unique and commercially successful luxury apartment complex was constructed within the walls of a historic building dating from the late 19th century. Spectrum was involved in the development of an extended engineering concept, working documentation, and designer supervision. The challenge of this project consisted in connecting the preserved historical elements of the building as an architectural monument with the latest planning solutions and engineering systems. As of today, the object has been successfully put into operation.

VTB ARENA RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT is a truly new real estate object located near a historical park, not far from the metro and the famous Dynamo Stadium. This is yet another landmark project for Spectrum. The complexity of technical specifications for the object was due to the hydrogeologic characteristics and the need to implement an object including underground multi-level parking next to the third ring road. All this demanded a high level of responsibility from designers for developing architectural and structural solutions, and the most effective solutions for engineering systems.
