In 2018, a pressing topic for the housing sector was the renovation of Moscow districts. Together with AREP, the renowned French company specializing in architecture, Spectrum took part in the architectural competition for the development of the Kuzminki district.
It achieved great results. In the process of concept development, Spectrum integrated the requirements of the customer's design specifications while interpreting the legislation requirements for the creative team of the architect, acted as the internal customer, and ensured the compliance of the developed ideas with the budget restrictions defined by the employer.
As part of this project, we also developed master plans for utilities and apartment layout and verified the building’s compliance with requirements for incoming sunlight.
Spectrum participated in the development of urban engineering concepts. For example, as part of the Russky Island development project, we applied green energy solutions in order to optimize the heat and power supply system. Moreover, Spectrum participated in several similar brownfield projects.
