Experts discussed relevant issues encountered in the implementation of construction projects and the ways to address them in the current context. They spoke about how to define the optimum construction projects organizing scheme, reducing the risks of non-completion, increasing the chances of effective cooperation, and as a result, successful project implementation. They also thought how to choose the right algorithm of actions in the situation when difficulties had been already encountered.
