Our Friday started productively! With an extra saturated and interesting conversation at an online-event “Creating infrastructure for people through a PPP. Top-5 problematic issues and possibilities to solve them”, organized by PPP National Center.

The session was moderated by Maxim Tkachenko, executive director, PPP National Center. Andrei Novikov, Spectrum Group’s managing director told about risks and potential problems of PPP-projects on design and construction stages.
