1. CREATION OF EMPLOYER INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS (EIR)
It is important to understand the client's needs at the very first stages and offer the necessary format for organization of processes and management of information requirements for each stage. This includes:
- Analysis of the employer's goals and expectations from BIM uses for various stages of the project life cycle
- Development of the project implementation strategy in terms of BIM technologies
- Creation of information and infrastructure requirements for project implementation
This service may be combined with other Spectrum products, such as Technical Coordinator or General Designer.
2. BIM Assessments or BIM Audit
This service provides an independent third-party opinion on the actual state of the information model developments and checks it for compliance with the client's requirements and the current project stage. It allows the client to receive a comprehensive analysis with detailed reports for each item of the design specification, including in case of economic disputes.
This service may be combined with other Spectrum products, such as Technical Coordinator.
