Office space in new economy

Spectrum participated in the Office Space in New Economy conference.

Quarantine and remote work could not but affect the office market. Therefore, experts obviously had a lot to talk about. They exchanged their opinions about the scale of the crisis impact on office sector, analyzed the statistics for the past period and tried to make a forecast.

Spectrum’s Commercial Real Estate and Residential sector director Andrei Ivanov made informative report “New reality spaces. Engineer’s approach”. He spoke about long-term response measures that relate to air exchange systems, spaces planning, disinfection technology, health control systems and non-contact processes.
