On the way to victory

Managing director of Spectrum group’s Consulting department Andrei Novikov and project manager Michail Filimonov attended in the orientation seminar for finalists of The Open International Competition for the development of a master plan for the territory adjacent to the Samara Arena stadium.

They met with the Mayor of Samara city Elena Lapushkina and representatives of the Departments of Urban Development, Property Management, Economic Development, Urban Economy, Culture and Sport, Ecology and Transport.

Let us recall that Spectrum Group became one of the finalists in consortium with IND architects (Moscow), UNStudio (Amsterdam), Knight Frank (Moscow) AB DOM (Samara), JTP (London), NIITDH (Moscow). The winner will be selected on September 17 at the final meeting of the jury.
