Visited project site in Ufa city

Spectrum team – infrastructure and urban development sector director Maxim Lunkov, project manager Denis Starovoytov and assistant Natalya Butorina – visited the site of Eastern Exit project – toll road in Bashkortostan.

New exit from Ufa city to federal highway M-5 Ural (Eastern exit) is unique capital construction facility of Russia transport system that is very important for the transport and logistic potential development of the region. We are glad to be a part of this significant project – Spectrum provides advisory service to financing banks: VTB and VEB.RF.

The Eastern exit project is being implemented under concession agreement concluded in 2017 among Bashkir Concession Company LLC and Republic of Bashkortostan in a state-private partnership. Concession period is 25 years. The main participants of Bashkir Concession Company LLC are VTB Infrastructure Holding LLC and Turkish construction and investment holding Limak Group. Concessional agreement provides for completion of the construction of road tunnel, bridge across the Ufa River and highway as well as payment and automated traffic management systems establishing. Entry into service is scheduled for 2024.
