News from the site of “International/Domestic flight terminal complex of Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) International Airport reconstruction” project, 1st stage
To date, the mobilization and preparation of the “International/Domestic flight terminal complex of Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) International Airport reconstruction” project, 1st stage construction site is almost entirely complete. The following had been carried out: buildings situated in the construction area demolition completed, fences installed, temporary structures built in required amount.
“The project is being carried out in accordance with the schedule. Mobilization and preparation of construction site will allow to increase the construction rate and concentrate on the main stages, including procurement of technological equipment” – said Yuriy Panov, project manager in Spectrum Group.
“Tolmachevo Airport is providing all the conditions to general contractor to perform work, including vacating territory, communications outputting. The contractor is working with all the necessary resources”, - noted Alexandr Chistik, head of infrastructural projects department of Tolmachevo Airport.
In the short term, main pile field of more than 2 000 screw injected piles is planning to implement. Next stages will be construction of foundations and installation of building framework.

Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) International Airport named after Alexander Pokryshkin is one of the most dynamically developing airports with the federal status, the largest transit hub beyond the Ural mountains on the major routes connecting Europe and Asia.
The “International/Domestic flight terminal complex of Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) International Airport reconstruction” project is being implemented within the framework of the largescale program of Novosibirsk Airport development.
The general contractor of new flight terminal complex is Turkish company Ant Yapi Ltd. The contract was signed on 11 August 2020. Spectrum Group is the general designer, technical customer and carries out construction control within the framework of this project.
The construction of the new terminal of 56 000 sq. m. is scheduled to be complete in 3rd quarter of 2022. Project’s second stage is expecting to be finished to 2025. 20 bln rubles is planning to invest in design and construction of the terminal complex. The approximate total area of flight terminal after two stages of the reconstruction project going to be 100 000 sq. m.
