The experts spoke about commercial real estate market condition, how it can be revitalized and how to find investors.

Spectrum Group advisory service managing director Andrei Novikov shared his thoughts about relevant risks and opportunities.

He presented engineering company’s view on the current situation: we have come a long way from paralyzing of payments and construction sites, drop in demand for a number of services in April to new projects start and resumption of demand in May and June. Among the main risks Novikov noted banks policy towards developers, new “pandemic” requirements and effectiveness of construction and facilities operation. The answer to today’s challenges according to Novikov is construction industry digitalization.
