Avtoban Holding presented a commemorative medal and a commendation to Spectrum Group for fruitful cooperation on Central Ring Road 4 project.

We are glad to be a part of one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Russia. Congratulation on successful launch of the project to all members and partners.    

Let us recall that official opening of new Central Ring Road took place in July 2021. Avtoban Holding is the major shareholder of SRR concessionaire. Since 2019, Spectrum infrastructural team has been doing Financial and technical audit and monitoring of the 96,9 km long fourth section for consortium of banks: Sber, Gazprombank, Eurasian Development bank and VEB.RF.
