The Face of Renovation competition win!
Our architectural bureau Dialectica in consortium with Atelier PRO and HEADS Group won The Face of Renovation competition, Moscow Government Public international contest of architectural solution concepts development under the Housing Stock Renovation Program in Moscow!
Development of the “Site 1” territory planning project win we shared with consortium of Citizenstudio, C+S Architects and Saga.
“Site 1” total construction area is 1726,870 sq m. It includes:
- NWAD, Severnoye Tushino, subdistrict 5
- NWAD, Severnoye Tushino, subdistrict 1, 2
- NWAD, Mitino, Novobratsevskyi village
- ZelAD, Kryukovo, subdistrict 19
Our consortium conceptual approach based on identity, ecology and inclusiveness principles. Solutions considered within the framework of large system: from XL on the subdistrict level to S on the facade panel details level. The identity of the place sets the basic palette and stylistic solutions.
