Nothing will stop us as long as we are together!

Under this slogan, CRE All-Russia Awards 2020 solemn ceremony was held in Moscow yesterday.

This year, two events – Moscow and Federal awards – that traditionally has been held at different time, were merged as one. Thus, organizers could bring all the commercial real estate industry leaders together, to take stock of the past year’s work and to choose the best in each category.   

We are glad to be a partner of this important motivating event!

And mostly we are pleased with the recognition of the projects Spectrum has been a part of:

- The winner of CRE Moscow Awards for “Middle shopping center” is Pushkino Park shopping center

- The winner of CRE Federal Awards 2020 for “Multifunctional complex” is Lakhta Center

Spectrum served as General Designer on Pushkino Park project, and carries out Construction control of Lakhta Center project (Buildings and facilities complex of second construction phase).
